嫌われる覚悟って重要だと最近思う。「好かれたい」は行動を促すからまだいいと思うんだけど、「嫌われたくない」は行動を抑制する方に働きがち。「嫌われ
るかも」って恐怖は、抱え込みすぎてたせいで実際よりだいぶ肥大化しちゃってて、たいていの場合、取り越し苦労であることも多い。
